Event Description:
Join the LGBT Chamber of Commerce at CNA as we host local LGBT ERG/BRG leaders just like you. Pride@CNA, recipients of the 2018 ERG Partner of the Year, will also join us and share an insight into their success.
We will also have a presentation from David Stone (inQuest Consulting) on "Communicating Our Value: LGBT BRG's in 2019." This session will cover how Business Resource Groups are both enhancing their value to internal and external stakeholders, and, critically, how they are able to demonstrate and communicate this value to others. The presentation will include an overview of leading practices and case studies, followed by a Q&A session.
Who should attend?
This conversation is for ERG/BRG Co-Chairs, or the Human Resource leaders charged with engaging LGBTQ employees. Only two repreresentatives per company.
