Join the LGBT Chamber of Commerce as we host the Illinois Department of Commerce as they discuss solutions to help employers remain competitive by helping develop a superior workforce.  Programs include:
  • Incumbent Worker Training to assist existing employees with skills improvement
  • Classroom Training to work with higher education institutions on customized programs
  • On-The-Job Training to assist with new employee training
  • Registered Apprenticeship programs tailored to talent pipeline needs
Come learn about the types of resources and funding available, both State and Local, to help your company implement the above programs. Additional information will be presented by National Able, Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, and Federal Department of Labor Office of Employment and Training.
