 Troy Rogue 
Troy Rogue is a proud Transgender woman and active member of the LGBT Chamber of Commerce.  Advocating for LGBTQ+ people and businesses, Troy actively volunteers for many LGBTQ+ programs and is a frequent face at local events.  With a background in Interior Design, she works at Gotcha Covered Window Fashions as the lead designer for contract shadings and operations manager.  When she is not working or volunteering, Troy is working on her master’s degree in Commercial Architecture.  She is happy to be able to split her time between her schooling, her husband, Niko Rogue, and family and friends throughout the community in addition to her career and volunteer/advocacy work.  As a person that has struggled a lot in her life, Troy is always a dependable source of encouragement and support for the community she loves.

Daniel Hernandez
Daniel R. Hernandez is a Founder and Managing Attorney at The Attorneys at Walczak Hernandez, P.C. As an advocate, Daniel assists families in transition through the child custody and divorce process. Daniel also assist homebuyers and sellers through real estate transactions, bringing parties together to ensure a smooth transition and closing process. Much of Daniel’s passion can be seen through his many volunteer efforts. Daniel is the Chair of the LGBT Committee at the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. He also serves as the Communications Chair of the LGBT Division at the Hispanic National Bar Association where he advocates on behalf of LGBT-Latinx community. In 2018, Daniel Co-Chaired the HNBA LGBT Division’s Annual LGBT Summit, bringing together panelist from across the nation to discuss issues effecting the LGBT Community and forming a plan of action. Daniel is the Vice-President of the Board of Directors at Between Friends, a nonprofit agency that provides free social services to victims of Domestic Violence and youth prevention education. On his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with family, boxing, and participating in intermural sports.

Presenter - Darien Marion - Burton 

Darien Marion-Burton is the President of D.M. Burton, a Style and Brand Consulting firm that uses a personal approach to helping you and your business live your best life.  Early in his professional career Marion-Burton worked at Nordstrom, it was there that he developed his love of fashion and helping individuals express their identity in their wardrobe. Shortly thereafter, he left Nordstrom to take a role at a FinTech start-up before ultimate deciding to take a leap of faith and open his own consulting firm. Over the past year, D.M. Burton has grown exponentially while remaining true to its core mission of helping individuals and businesses develop their identity in consumer facing world.
