With over 90 years of auto repair experience, Heart combines old fashion service with expert mechanical repair to ensure that each and every customer has a premium level experience. Previously operating as Duxler Complete Auto Care since 1924, Brian Moak saw an opportunity to fill a growing gap in the car repair service industry. He decided to take his vision nationwide in 2017, launching the franchise of HEART Certified Auto Care. With customers taking a back seat to repair quotas and profit targets, HEART made it their mission to always provide honest, world class service that their customers could rely on. Being that there were still Duxler stores not operated by the Moak family, Brian chose the name HEART to expand his mission. Naturally, he chose HEART because it so accurately reflects our mission and core values: Helping Everyone Achieve Reliable Transportation.
