With more than 20 years of litigation experience in state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies, I represent clients in matters concerning construction site accidents, premises liability, auto liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, and contract disputes. I have tried both jury and bench trial cases to verdict in Illinois state and in federal courts, resolving many cases through alternative dispute resolution. I am an active member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
