I am Chris Hofstetter, founder and president of louie inc, a Chicago-based certified LGBTQ owned and operated Consulting Agency. louie inc is a Marketing Agency and Salesforce Partner that helps our clients use technology to operate more efficiently, drive growth, and increase retention. We work with businesses in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Wealth Management, Private Equity, eCommerce, Retail, and Manufacturing. We work personally with every client, bring thoughtful design and creativity to tech, and strive to provide strong customer-focused service.

I have a strong background in operating corporate contact centers, marketing, and tech programs from my experience at US Cellular, Verizon, and PetSmart. I have a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. As founder, I have overseen louie inc since 2017.
