In 2017, she was hired by the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, Kristina's passion for small business growth flourished. As Outreach Director, she excelled in recruiting minority and women-owned businesses, swiftly advancing to Outreach and Alumni Director. After three impactful years, Kristina embraced entrepreneurship, offering coaching support in MBE/WBE Certification, Business Development, and Business Plan creation.
By December 2020, she became a business advisor at the IL Small Business Development Center Network, and in September 2021, a consultant for the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council. Kristina's roles included facilitating workshops, organizing networking events, and providing one-on-one advising—vital contributions to the thriving small business landscape.
