Too often mediation is reserved to those who can afford it. We seek to change that.
We know the value of mediation: confidentiality, risk mitigation, savings of time, energy and money, among other things. Our founder saw these benefits first hand volunteering in court-annexed mediation programs. With a commitment to expand access to mediation, ZDR offers cost-effective and high-quality mediation services.
We reject the idea that an effective mediator can only be a former judge or retired lawyer. Leveraging talented and qualified mediators who often are not, our services are accessible to those seeking a viable alternative to litigation.
